Bringing a unique perspective having worked at five schools, each using varied communication modes, Kevin captives the reader with stories of how he went from shunning sign language to embracing it. About the Author

A proud New Englander and a die-hard Boston Red Sox fan, Kevin J. Nolan Sr. worked for 30 years as a teacher and guidance counselor.  He also has been very involved with the Deaf community as an advocate. Now happily retired, Kevin and his wife, Linda, make their home in Florida.
