REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returns are not available for digital products, ebooks, downloadable content, or other digital purchases.

  • Books must be in unused, resalable condition, with no marks, writing, bent pages, or damage to the cover or interior.

  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Savory Words Publishing.

  • Items shipped in error (wrong title, wrong edition, or wrong quantity) are eligible for return or exchange.

  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refund Options

Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following refund options:

  • Full Refund: Receive a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item. Store credit is valid for six months from the date it is issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt of the item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipment, or shipped in error.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of the damage within three business days of delivery. If the claim is approved, Savory Words Publishing will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This Returns and Refunds Policy is intended to supplement, and not limit, any rights or remedies that may be available to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local laws. If any provision of this policy is found to conflict with applicable law, the requirements of the applicable law will govern to the extent of the conflict.
