REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be made within within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returns are not available for digital products or ebooks.

  • The book must be in unused and resalable condition, with no marks, writing, or damage to the cover or pages.

  • Returns are only accepted if the book was purchased directly from us.

Refund Options

  • Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following refund options:

    • Full Refund: Receive a refund for the purchase price of the book to your original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are not included.

    • Store Credit: Opt for store credit equivalent to the purchase price, good for up to six months after purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you acknowledging receipt of your item. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your credit card or bank within seven business days. If you have not received it after seven business days, please check with your bank and if necessary, let us know.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; photos of the damage must be sent to us the same day you receive the item. If applicable, we will cover the shipping cost

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Savory Words Publishing, PO Box 3941, Frederick, MD 21705. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item; shipping costs are non-refundable.
